Job Title: Assistant Manager- Finance and Accounts

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function at SuperProcure. The role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day revenue accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliances, audits, and financial controls ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting along with the ability to manage and mentor a team, drive process improvements, and work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS/start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage revenue accounting and accounts receivable .

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.
• Manage bank, customer and ledger reconciliations.

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes.

• Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts and variance analysis for management.
• Support fundraising, investor reporting and due diligence processes.
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections and payment processes.
• Manage revenue accounting, subscription invoicing, collections and deferred revenue.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Business teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.

• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS.

• Lead statutory, internal and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

• Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls, SOPs.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the Finance function.
• Monitor cash flows, working capital and overall financial health of the business.
• Support management with MIS Reports and financial insights for decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of financial and business information.
• Mentor team members, allocate responsibilities and monitor individual and team performance.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience .

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, / CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles along with GST and TDS.
• Hands-on experience with financial closing, MIS, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience in revenue accounting would be preferred.
• Experience in handling statutory, internal and tax audits independently.
• Hands-on experience in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
