Job Title: Finance and Accounts Executive

Job Overview: The Finance and Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations & supporting financial reporting processes. The knowledge should extend to audits, invoices, and budget preparations.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a passion for handling accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, etc. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pass accounting entries and maintain books of accounts in ERP.

• Support monthly and year-end book closure activities.

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely booking.

• Reconcile vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain customer invoicing master records, service contracts and keep track of billing milestones.

• Raise customer invoices and monitor collections. Dispatch through courier and electronic mail of invoices to all the clients.

• Support revenue accounting and collection MIS.

• Perform bank reconciliations on periodic basis. Identify and resolve unreconciled items.

• Prepare schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for audit requirements.

• Must be an enthusiastic qualified accountant (B.Com (Hons.))
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Good in maths, accounts, and basic knowledge of financial & accounting regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Very strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Past experience as executive accounts and financial software would be helpful.
