Job Summary

SuperProcure is looking for Business Analyst with organizational, management and problem solving skills. We are seeking a high level of motivation, a self- starter attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision. The ideal candidate will be helping to drive dayto day business requirements for various clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in project management & successful implementation across clients.
• Join SP customer interaction call to understand, discover, document, organize, and clarify business needs.
• Prioritize requirements for and across various clients.
• Help in preparing Business Blueprint of Client TOBE Process, understand how to map it to SuperProcure functionalities and identify areas of customization.
• Help team in preparing Detailed Specifications of Customization and walkthrough with clients to finally obtain their approval. Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders including internal and external.
• Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
• Help build applicable scenarios for the testing team.
• Assist Project Manager to clearly scope and track projects, develop and assign workstreams, maintain a steady pace, and ensure reliable delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Post Graduate in Business Management or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience as Business Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet client timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including effective communication with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to observe & learn new things including new tools.
